Great app. Always very helpful customer service. We have experienced the odd bug or issue, but it is always quickly resolved with near instant responses from actual humans!!! Can't ask for more. I would recommend this app to anyone looking

Judge me is much less expensive than yotpo. They were fabulous in transferring ten years(!) Worth of reviews from yotpo on big commerce to judge me on shopify. Even after the transfer they were super responsive to customizations. Wish I had switched to judge me sooner

Great app and great service. Has all the features we need, including customization and review request emails. We use judge.me on all our stores and it beats all the other more expensive apps hands down.

Ive only had judge me reviews for a day, so far so good. I had a few issues I needed some expert help with but this was easy and efficient with the chat system. Great service from a Helpful guy named Brian.
