Profound disappointment when I learned that Judge.me isn’t able to collect reviews for Print on Demand “custom” products. For whatever reason, their engineers aren’t able to figure out the “base product” upon which custom products get created in Print-On-Demand applications. Because the resulting “product” is transient, they won’t attempt to collect a review on the product. PROFOUND disappointment given the fact that others have raved about the app…. I guess those who advocate for the app don’t have customizable products.
So for those who DO have customizable product, BEWARE! This is not the review platform for you (or me)

2. WARNING! This app will not be removed after pressing the uninstall button. This shit stays in your code FOREVER until you remove LINE BY LINE !!!!

Don't do it. Read the reviews. We thought well, we'd give it a try. Sure enough, certain applications of their app had to be installed outside of the application by their techs.... Well, this caused a bunch of embarrassing script code to show up on the landing page. It was painstaking to remove. We do not recommend this APP whatsoever.....

I uninstalled this app completely, and installed another only to find this app still had all the coding still imbedded in my design. Ridiculous, i had to go through my code and delete all their coding, and i'm not a tech whiz either! Would not recommend.

Totally understand the frustration if this was unexpected.

Unfortunately we lose API access the moment you uninstall our app, so we can't automate code removal in your theme files (nor can any other Shopify app).

What we do instead is remove the code for you via staff account, and our support is ready 24/7 to do so.

Both a support team lead and the overall head of support has reached out on WhatsApp and tried to call you, please let us know if there's anything we can do for you.

I would not recommend that app, after trying that for 5 days I decided to delete it and ask to support to delete the code into my store. The design of the website is totally destroyed and the support told me they cannot delete some of them files in my store because they don't have the permission and asked me to double check everything. Bad support service

YIKES... installed the app and saw the next day it slowed my store 15 points. No thank you... DELETED! I saw a couple of reviews that said this and something told me not to do it but tried anyway. I can confirm it is true.
