great app for reviews and customer service is great!! always ready to help!

I've been using Judge.me for reviews since migrating from Big Commerce to Shopify in early 2023 and the app is great! Migration was easy, tech support very helpful. Reviews look great and customers love how easy it is to use. I've used Yotpo, Trustspot and TrustPilot and none of them came close to Judge.me! This way better and overall a better value. Gabriela just helped me move all my app customizations over to the most recent update of my Shopify theme and everything looks and works great. Highly recommended from someone who has used review platforms for 11+ years now

The best customer support. We had an issue where a lot of our genuine customers leave web reviews, but these are not verified by Judgeme because they didn’t come through the email requests. Verified reviews are so important so we thought it easier just to find an app that matches orders to the review. Mistake. The app was awful and cost $135 more than Judgeme, which is far superior. Talked to the team and they resolved this unverified issue quickly by matching (with proof) the customer orders and offered a solution going forward. At a time when verified reviews are so important in the world of fake reviews, Judgeme takes it seriously but also helps shop owners navigate customer behaviour. Don’t waste your money on overpriced competitors. Judgeme is the best.

I love the customer service! If there are ever any issues they answer QUICK! Pricing is also the best.

I've been using Judge.me for a few years and it's great. Today I had a small problem. I emailed customer support and they fixed it in under 30 minutes! I highly recommend this app, not just for what it can do but for the great service.

Great reliable app we had for almost 2 years now. Never had a single issue (unlike other similar apps we tried). After installing a new theme, the reviews widget appeared above section which was still part of the listing. Judge me customer service replied and changed it for me in under 5 minutes. WOW. Best customer service I received in a long time. Very very impressed!

I've had Judge Me running on my site for several years now, and it's been consistently a great choice. The customisation and functionality are excellent, I've been able to easily brand everything visually exactly the way I want, and being able to automatically email requests has resulted in a much higher response rate than other stores I know using the native Shopify reviews app. The new medals and badges are also a great way to add trust to the site. Plus, support is super-fast and helpful, my query was responded to within minutes! Highly recommended. ** Just adding an update later to mention how painless it was to move the app and reviews over to my new theme as I updated it, they did it for me within minutes of me asking on live chat what I needed to do. Much appreciated! *** Another update after another really helpful support experience, the live chat support is always there with an actual human to reply straight away, I noticed the updated review medals weren't laying out quite how I wanted them and they changed it all instantly and sent screenshots of different phones/platforms to double check. Thanks so much!
