6 or 7 stars for you as far as support goes would be better, you helped instantly, swiftly and without making me feel stupid, I got at lot farther with the constant help I got than I could have myself, I did not find it hard to install, however our theme was not up to the task, but support made it work any way and very swiftly and And I thank you very much for being extremely helpful in any way -up and above.
For the moment, we have the free version, everything seems awesome and easy to manage, having looked into it a bit now. We might need a paid version as we grow our business, but for now, we can get a long way with what the free version offers, we will defenitely purchase as soon everything free has been set up and tested for proper functioning. Thankyou!
