We had the product review literally attached to the quantity selector on our site. We wanted to remove it from this location, but we were not able to. Leandro just removed the embedded code for me in about 2 minutes! He did a great job! All of the Judge.me support is great. Highly recommend :)

I've been using Judge.me for about 6 months and the app works quite well. Lots of settings and flexibility with the setup. The few times I have needed to involve customer service, they have been prompt, friendly, and able to get my problems solved quite quickly. Highly recommend.

Our absolute must-have app for our Shopify site! It's the only add-on app we use! Super streamlined, we easily collect reviews, their app is seamlessly integrated into our store, we love the automated emails, and their customer support is top-notch! Absolutely worth the $15 hands down!

I want to give props to the customer service team at Judge.me. Our business revolves around stellar customer service, and it is refreshing to find another business with the same commitment.

I originally signed up for the free version. Totally clueless on how to do anything and emailed them several times for help. They were so patient and always answered within 24 hours, helping me to implement things as needed. They even made a small customization for me (at no charge!).

I did eventually buy the paid version. It's too early to say how it's paying off (certainly there haven't been any glitches), but I'd say it's well worth the $15/mth just for the seo alone.

I also appreciate the emails they send every once in a while with tips. Usually I hate spam. But these emails are actually useful and each contain just enough info to be helpful without being overwhelming. Very clever of them.
