Thank you for your review. We're very sorry to hear that you're not happy with our free plan. From the conversation, it looks like you're looking for review pagination.
By default, we show 5 reviews per page and then the customers can go to the next page or click Load more to view more reviews. Our Awesome plan allows you to customize to show more reviews per page, along with other more advanced features. Having said that, you can have as many reviews on the product page as you want, there's no limit on that.

I uninstalled this app completely, and installed another only to find this app still had all the coding still imbedded in my design. Ridiculous, i had to go through my code and delete all their coding, and i'm not a tech whiz either! Would not recommend.

Totally understand the frustration if this was unexpected.
Unfortunately we lose API access the moment you uninstall our app, so we can't automate code removal in your theme files (nor can any other Shopify app).
What we do instead is remove the code for you via staff account, and our support is ready 24/7 to do so.
Both a support team lead and the overall head of support has reached out on WhatsApp and tried to call you, please let us know if there's anything we can do for you.

I would not recommend that app, after trying that for 5 days I decided to delete it and ask to support to delete the code into my store. The design of the website is totally destroyed and the support told me they cannot delete some of them files in my store because they don't have the permission and asked me to double check everything. Bad support service

YIKES... installed the app and saw the next day it slowed my store 15 points. No thank you... DELETED! I saw a couple of reviews that said this and something told me not to do it but tried anyway. I can confirm it is true.

Cannot import reviews as advertised, import has glitch.

The app is very slow. If you have to manage several reviews I can not recommend this app. It totally annoying. I sit here for 3 hours just to VIEW 100 reviews in the app. DO NOT INSTALL THIS APP!!!
