I've just been setting up the app (free version) and have found it really good so far. The set up tutorial is step by step which is really great.
I had a moment where I got stuck (my reviews were being hidden) but I messaged the live chat and they were really helpful.

Shout out to Nouhaïla who was really friendly and kind, showed me how to fix it and offered to put reviews on the collection page for me (super helpful!).

Was really impressed by the speed and quality of customer support, especially considering I'm only on the free version!

My experience so far has been nothing short of satisfying. Coming from other review apps like Shopify Reviews & Okendo, I'm happy to see that this app has all the essentials at a reasonable price.
