Judge.me Product Reviews App

Its a very good app for the purpose. Support is not instant but its decent and they reach out to you and they are very helpful. I am guessing they have a large customer base so it seems acceptable at this point. Its easy to use app with many features, and free plan is already a bunch. If I would need additional features, I would not hesitate to upgrade. Kima helped me solve my issue, so I guess its worth mentioning as well.

Love the widgets to add real customer reviews, UGC and even videos to my website. Customer service is great answering questions really fast on chat too.

Judge.me has many great features and easily integrates into the shopify site but also many other external applications. Klaviyo triggers from Judge.me have helped us have great customer flows.

I have used this app for 5 years now and all I can say is 'flawless'. The integrations are seamless, the styling spot on and it brings new customers in organically from google searches. I recently needed some help with my email DNS settings and Binh was amazing and so helpful. He had me back up and running within minutes. This is the best customer reviews app you can use, 100% recommend!

Lorenzo was incredibly helpful in resolving a complex Product Group issue. I had reviews tied to deleted products causing 404 errors, and he patiently worked through the problem with me step-by-step.

He quickly identified the root cause, offered multiple solutions, and implemented the fix in real-time while on chat. The custom solution (making product names visible but unclickable) was perfect for maintaining transparency while eliminating the broken links.
