I have only used the app for a short time, but I can speak to the fact that their support is awesome and the onboarding experience overall is very smooth and polished.

I'm using the free version and there are many variations to choose from.
I had an issue with something I didnt understand and the support team literally answered in less then a minute, and they also made the configuration for me.
I was away from the pc and came back after 6 hours and asked them another thing, they again answered me in less then a minute, they are very informative and they are answering my questions very thoroughly
