Judge.me Product Reviews App

I was hesitant to email support as it usually takes quite a while, even a couple of days, to get a response and then can be a bit of back and forth at cross purposes. Heard back from in less than 2 hours and directed on how to find message chat plus offered to edit the coding for me. Message chat was also excellent and VERY helpful for someone new to this app. Apps can be all well and good until something goes wrong but not with Judge.me. Does a lot more than the previous app I used. Really happy to recommend!

This app is so amazing!!! This is my first time using a product reviews app and the customer service is out of this world. I couldn't ask for a better app. The app is very easy to use and the instructions are very clear and easy to follow. Amazing job Felix did helping us import our reviews from another app did it in literally 5 minutes, had judgeme now for almost 2 years, and always been a great customer service experience and super quick. highly recommend this app to any store that cares about their reviews

Easy to navigate ... excellent support. Have been using this for a few years and just moved store and re-installed Judge-me is new store, although I could have gone with any other reviews app...
