Easy to use, customer service is pretty quick, a few more basic questions answered on the FAQ page would be helpful.

I don't think customer privacy should be behind a paywall; ******14.99 / month to hide customer last names in reviews as of today.

works fine but UI is ugly, lack features, overcomplicating, competitors better, thankfully this app is free
