I love this app, first timer here so I wasn’t familiar with how to navigate however the step by step instructions were extremely helpful and when I hit a point where I could not longer get to where I wanted, I reached out to customer support. Gena was quick, understood exactly what I was going for and helped me achieve that goal. She even went a step further and added a few more features that will only help my business and it’s exactly what I wanted, I just didn’t know I needed it! So thankful for the judgeme team and so so happy with my website and how everything turned out. This app has allowed my satisfied customers to leave reviews to help encourage others to buy from me. I had a question that I could not find the answer to in the FAQs and tutorials. I emailed support@judge.me and not only were they quick to answer but they fixed my concern!

Very easy installation process! I got stuck when it came to installing the review widgets because I slightly misunderstood the instructions. But there was someone immediately available on live chat who just did it for me. Only took a few minutes to resolve. Best customer service I've had!
