so far so good. installed very easily and had a slight issue with widget width not matching my current theme - reached out and support resolved so thanks.
I'm still working on setting this app up, but their customer service has been top-notch. Quick replies and good information.
Super Great Customer Service I needed some help to install the widget since I'm new at Shopify had great help from Carlos Dias very patient and super helpful will gladly recommend this app based on Carlos customer service.
Very Supportive Staff, Had some issues but Fatima helped me out and answer all of my possible questions. Highly Recommended

Chat takes too long to respond.
UPDATE DOWNGRADING TO 1 STAR: Honestly, I should have tried another app,
the customer service continues to be slow. Now I am getting random request from judge me team for collaborator access for installing some widget that I never asked for.
Manual review request in the new version doesn't work and have to sue some other link to send reviews.
Do not fall for the 5-star reviews for this app.
