I absolutely love this app. I was not quite ready for the monthly fee as I have a brand new website and I don't have the revenue yet to justify the monthly fees for all these different apps. However, I reached out to Andrew via their message chat and he helped with a feature that was not available. Incredible customer service! I will be signing up for the full service of what they offer! I'm using the free version and I've been very happy thus far! The app is doing what I need it to and the support from Judge.me has been very helpful when I ask questions. I highly recommend... I may start using the paid features to see what else the app can do.

I've only been learning and using this app for one day, but I've already experienced excellent support and service from 3 different chat support staff at Judge.me and they have all been very helpful as I continue to learn how to best setup and use the features I want to. My last support staff I worked with is "Daniel", and he helped me in so many ways with such friendly support and patience that I'm very impressed and so thankful.

Gorgeous app it adds so much vitality to the website - feedback from customers etc.
But, the best part is the support, if you have an issue you can contact their chat support and within seconds they have a solution, they have provided changes to our code and updates within minutes where others would take days.
