Judge.me Product Reviews App

App is fantastic and easy to use, more importantly, service is top notch. Had an issue, and it was resolved within minutes. Hard to find quality service at times on the app store, very happy with this app all around.

We had a problem with our theme not integrating with the reviews. Customer support is fantastic. They jumped right in to answer all questions and assist with setup. They are a very responsive team to work with and very helpful.

When Shopify decided to discontinue their App for Client Reviews I thought all the reviews in my store will be lost. Then I discovered Judge.me
I went through the installation process and because I messed up the steps I run into some issues. After uninstalling the app I was contacted by email for feedback. Then they provided guidance and I reinstalled Judge.me properly paying more attention to the steps. I imported the reviews and got them displayed correctly now. The quality and promptness of the support emails during the day, late evening and weekend is impressive. A great app with an amazing support team!
