Leandro was really helpful and quickly helped me with what i was trying to do. Fantastic customer service.

App is great. They have had to make some quick changes due to Shopify changes, and the result is that their dashboard is fairly confusing, and a little bit of important functionality missing, but they more than make up for it with their incredible support. 5 stars.

Gabriel provided swift and efficient assistance, addressing my inquiries with professionalism. Their dedication to excellent customer service was evident, making the experience seamless and pleasant.

I have installed the app and let it do it's magic. I do get reviews automatically for the products sold both online and instore if the customer has left an email address. But I have not ventured into the more advanced awsome version as I feel I need to be in the zone to look at it, which is not now.

Just started using it, their support team made it really easy to get set up. Looking forward to those reviews!

We needed assistance to install Judge.me, as we have an older site with some custom code. It took over a week for someone to respond, but once they did, it seemed that they did a good job of making the necessary changes. However, part of the functionality of our product pages got broken when they changed the code, and no one responded to multiple emails for help to resolve it.

The app looks ok, but the support service is lousy.

The customer service is out of this world. This is my very favorite and most valuable appI use on Shopify.
