the customer service is amazing. Helped me a lot every time. perfect app. I will use this app all the time.

I was having trouble getting some star ratings, but after making an inquiry, they responded immediately. I am very grateful. The settings are also freely customizable and convenient.

UPDATE: I had one last thing to get set on our two new sites re: where to see the reviews & Gabriela rom Judgeme was wonderful! Fast, got it done, allowing me to get on with what I need to do. Thanks!!

I love, love, love how easy it is to use this app. We are preparing to launch a number of other stores for different markets for our products. I learned today that we can cross-connect the reviews from all of the sites collected via Judge/mo (one installed on each store), so that visitors to our sites can see alllllll the reviews. Very impactful!

This is hands down the best review app I have ever added to my store.

The free plan is not restricting in any way, and if you know CSS, the customisation of the widgets is unlimited.

Finally, and most importantly, the support service is the best I have ever experience. Living on the other side of the globe from the U.S, you expect ticket responses within 24 hours....I got a response (and a solution) in under an hour!!!

I love this app. I have had this installed for more than 3 years and their customer support is the best I've experienced among the rest of the apps. Their support is just a minute away whenever you message them on the chat and will make sure to help you out with any design or layout issues. Cesar and Joseph were helpful in the support chat! The app works very good so far. They could use a little other features like allowing product image on reviews to be linked to their corresponding product pages... I hope they implement it soon.
