Phenomenal. If you use Klaviyo and Postscript for Email and SMS (respectively), this is the best Reviews platform at the best price ($74/mo for Standard Plan which includes these key integrations). I would like to see more guidance around how to get these Reviews syndicated through Google and more education on how to leverage Reviews outside of the website – something to think about. Bottom line, Junip is a steal :)

Tried a few other review apps, but i find this to be the better one. Nice interface, reliable and trustworthy.

Have been a huge fan of Junip going back to when they launched. I never have to worry about my review process/flow anymore which is a big relief and our review % has gone up significantly since rolling it out. I recommend this to everyone with a Shopify store.
