Junip ‑ Product Reviews App

Thank you for an easy set up ! I think that this is excellent for small businesses and to allow the customers to give their feedback !

Junip is a 5-star review platform. Over many years, we had previously used Reviews.io, Stamped.io, Shopper Approved and Yotpo. We switched to Junip in 2022 partly because of the DEEP, DEEP integration with Klaviyo, as well as the on-page widgets (display UGC/reviews on site). It is also a very lean app -- page speed is not a concern as it was with other apps. The few times we needed support team, they were fast and professional. Can't say that for the others. We've been with Junip now for almost a year and we are thrilled with the product, and the opt-in rate for the review survey exceeds all other apps we had used. 5-stars!

I've been using Junip for a few months now - no complaints! Their customer service is excellent! Switched templates and had some issues, which they were able to fix for me within a few minutes. Really appreciate the support.

We are a very particular group and Junip is by far the best review / UGC solution available. It's catered to companies of all sizes and great for brands who care about their image. Support is amazing and the process can be compared to what Apple would make if they made a reviews app. Seamless and easy to use.

We absolutely love Junip! The interface design and features match the modern aesthetics we aim to provide, and the support team is AMAZING! We ran into a coding issue during our launch timeframe, and their team (specifically Marcus) got back to us within about 20-30 minutes. We have a complex Shopify theme, and they took the time to analyze our issue and efficiently resolve the problem. 10 out of 10 recommend!
