Update: JUSTUNO was able to fix our issues and support was very helpful! We LOVE Justuno because it's free for starters and you can use transparent pop-up windows, which is fairly uncommon for free platforms! Very easy to set up and manage. It's a bit confusing with the rules section and if you have different collections, but I love this app. I can't recommend it enough.

What a KILLER platform! Justuno has not only helped triple the amount of email submissions our store gets, but their easy to use design platform gives us the freedom to create promos, exit offers, locked content, you name it! HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking to increase leads and engagement!
