Justuno has been amazing. I work with Miranda and she's been the biggest help. She's troubleshooted issues with our theme and the pop-ups we implemented to make sure everything works as expected. Any bumps along the way have been worked out. They help test all of our pop-ups and go over stats to make recommendations for new pop-ups. It's been great to have them as almost an extension of our team.
This app has helped us convert and retarget new and existing customers. What we love most is the amount of support and resources we receive, especially being a very small company with limited bandwidth. Our strategist, Miranda Galindo has been such a huge help and asset to us. From coming up with different marketing strategies and ideas to being readily available to any questions we have - she has been such a pleasure to work with. She is also always willing to jump on a call to help walk through any questions or promo build-outs. Very happy with Justuno!

We have been using Justuno Plus(completely worth it!)for about a year now and have seen really good conversion rates with everything we have used so far. I do think there is much more to be utilized with Justuno and cant wait to keep working with our amazing specialist Miranda to utilize all that Justuno has to offer!

Love this app. Easy to install. It's the first app I didn't have to contact customer service for help. I have only had for a few weeks and have seen an increase in sales, but also more contacts for my database, which is invaluable. I highly recommend this. I use Just Uno Plus, the version of the app that comes with a dedicated account manager, which is the best way to be able to take advantage of everything the app can do, she has helped me add exit offers, sets up A/B Testing, popups and all different types of campaigns to help with targeting and increased sales. Miranda Galindo has been absolutely amazing. She is kind, fun to work with, very insightful, and provides a lot of helpful suggestions that produce results. Our original CSM left the company and we, unfortunately, received a new CSM that wasn't very attentive. However, we requested a new CSM and were placed with Miranda - we couldn't be happier with the switch. We love the Justuno platform and learn something new that we can achieve almost every day through JU.
