This app has helped us convert and retarget new and existing customers. We love the app. It does take time to learn and get it right, and sometimes I actually don't get it. It says somewhere that support is available only on the paid version, but I sent an email anyway and received outstanding support. Fast, detailed, and the support person even created some options on my popups and sent me a video showing what they do. I know this is a robust app and we look forward to growing our store and using justuno even more.
