First of all this App functionality is amazing. Flawless. No problems. Secondly, if there is anything, customer service of Kaching is top notch espically "Dovydas" and his colleague "Domantas". They even worked with me to solve some problems that were supplier related (when product is pushed to the store). Not Kaching problem at all. Still Kaching staff worked me for sometime to solve the issue. Awesome support!
Kaching customer support is unmatched! Erikas has helped me multiple times implementing customization to my liking which has significantly increased our AOV and CVR.
