We run a Danish fitness brand with a high AOV, where we rely heavily on structured campaigns, launches, and controlled discount strategies. We run a fitness brand (Shogun Sports) with a high AOV, and coupon leaks were quietly eating into our margins without us fully realizing it. We thought we had a solid affiliate program, but KeepCart revealed that a significant chunk of "affiliate commissions" we were paying out were actually from leaked coupons being used by random shoppers, not real affiliates driving traffic.
