Kendall is the data analytics tool I've been looking for! Before Kendall, my marketing assistant and I would have to look at multiple dashboards (Shopify, klaviyo, Google, Meta) to try to piece together the relevant data we needed and then she would spend days putting it into charts and graphs so I could access it in an easily digestible format and use it to drive my decision making. Now we have all the data we need presented in a simple and straightforward format easily accessible with just a few clicks in kendall. This app has freed up my assistant to tackle other important tasks we just didn't have time for before kendall.
The other thing I really like is that all the data is explainable so you can have the utmost confidence in it. After all, data you can't trust is worthless.
Finally, for the first time ever, we can easily see the KPIs for new customers! We've been frustrated for years by knowing that this data existed but we had no way to get it. Thanks to kendal, new customer data is front and center.
I have to say that kendall has quickly become our most valuable data analysis tool and has really enabled us to make much quicker data driven decisions. It's easy to use and set up is a breeze. The icing on the cake, is the very reasonable cost.
In a world where data is as scattered as my thoughts on a Monday morning, this app emerges as the superhero of data aggregation and reporting. It pulls in numbers from Shopify, Meta, Tiktok and Google, helping me make sense of the sales, conversions, and performance chaos.
The reports are zippy, fast, and easy to read. Its dashboard is cleaner and significantly better than Triple Whale's, which, in turn, was ten times better than Northbeam's. I couldn't be happier with Kendall. It offers superior functionality at a more attractive price, without the pressure of committing to annual contracts.
This is the best low-cost full-feature app you can get for all things analytics. It has improved our view of our numbers by so much.

Wonderful app. It's highly focused on attribution and gives me a clear picture of the efficacy of my campaigns + it splits up new and return customers. It provides insights to help me make decisions based upon crucial data, which I cannot get easily from the ad platforms - I really like how I can hone into what matters which is running profitable ads!

I really like using this app. It has brought a lot of clarity in attributing sales for my ads. I also really like the fact that I can see all the touch points for each order. So I know which campaigns were generating the most first-time visits (since nowadays, all the platforms just retarget and take credit from one another). I also like how the reports bring out the most important KPIs. Total sales, track click sources, new customer CAC by channel. Overall ROAS, etc. What I love is also the ability to export everything as a csv. I have my own Google sheets I use, and being able to easily export all the data is extremely useful. I highly recommend this app.
I'm no analytics guru but I've played around with a bunch of apps to try and get a grip on my online biz stuff. I gave Rockerbox a shot, but if I’m honest, I never fully trusted its data. It was okay, but something always felt... off. I honestly wasn't getting anything there I couldn't get in Meta and Google. And it was EXPENSIVE!
Then I stumbled upon the Kendall App. Game changer!

KPIs on Point: Some apps show you numbers that look like hieroglyphics. Not Kendall. The KPI reporting on this bad boy? Crystal clear and super detailed. It’s like it knows exactly what I need to see. Things that actually matter.
Clicks and Journeys: The coolest bit? Seeing where peeps are coming from. Every single click source? Yep, Kendall’s got it. Plus, the customer journey details for each order? My inner geek was jumping with joy. This kind of detail lets me get into my customers' heads and tweak things just right.
Kendall vs. Rockerbox: I mean, Rockerbox was alright, but there was always that nagging feeling I was missing something. Kendall? Trust issues gone. It's like upgrading from a flip phone to the latest smartphone. The depth, the clarity, the everything – Kendall just does it better.
To wrap this up: If you’re still on the fence, just jump into Kendall. It’s like that chill friend who’s got all the answers without making you feel dumb. For real, my digital life's never looked brighter. Loving this new app so far and it just keeps getting better!
High performance yet easy to use.
I must say kendall is just as effective as the more expensive incumbents in the market. Its user interface is so intuitive and straightforward that even my less technically inclined staff have found it easy to navigate. It allowed me to discontinue using Northbeam, saving costs without compromising on the quality of insights. The clarity of reporting is great – Kendall presents data in an easily digestible format. It's what Google Analytics should have been!
The intraday and customizable dashboards are features that I particularly appreciate. They offer a level of detail and flexibility that I didn’t find in Northbeam.
Installation and setup took literally 5 minutes since Kendall can read and understand Northbeam's tracking parameters for attribution. This must have been the smoothest app installation I've ever seen!
