Despite your frustration, Kindly did everything properly according to the documentation. If you cancel an order, the amount of the order is refunded. (Please check on our knowledge base in the live chat or documentation on the website.)
However, what we can offer you is to add an option to enable or disable refunding. Then you can cancel orders without refunding the money.
Additionally, according to our statistics in the database, we have seen that you were able to recover large sums of money with the app in just a short period of time. This makes us happy for you and would be a total shame if this saved revenue would be missing in the future especially on long-term.
