On my very first day of using this app, I encountered an issue. I wanted to ensure that customers could only select one unit of a free gift that is not normally available for sale in my store. Initially, customers were able to increase the gift quantity. I contacted support, and Palak, together with Meghal, quickly escalated the issue to their technical team. The app by Kite is comprehensive, so able to do varied offers we at biobedsplus need for promotions. Janet responded immediately to our questions. Even better she understood that because we sold organic mattresses of different sizes our gift of a wool topper had to be of matching size and help us set up our offer with the option. Had a great experience with the Kite support team while evaluating the app for our store. They were very responsive and patiently answered all our detailed questions including how free gifts work across multiple cart-value campaigns, GoKwik checkout compatibility, and pricing plans. The app integrates with Shopify's native discount system (Shopify Functions) and their team confirmed compatibility with GoKwik checkout, which was a major requirement for us. Still evaluating a few technical details before full setup, but the support experience so far has been excellent.

It is rare to have such an incredible customer service experience. I was onboarding the Kite app and got stuck figuring out how to create a very unique discount structure. Kite is a great app. It allows us to create some attractive incentives for our customers and is very straight forward to use.
