Kite is a great app. It allows us to create some attractive incentives for our customers and is very straight forward to use. We always find the team at Skai Lama quick to help with any questions or issues we may have and a joy to work with. Highly recommended if you are looking for a great app to give discount offers and BOGOF offers. Works well with their other checkout app Wiz to create some great offer experiences.
The customer support is exceptional! I had an issue setting up a discount for a custom order, and the response was almost instant. They even offered a Google Meet right away. Since I couldn't join the call, they recorded a step-by-step video tutorial specifically for my case and later answered all my follow-up questions. In the era of useless AI bots, talking to a real, helpful human was an amazing experience. Thank you so much, Tanu, for your incredible help!
