App is great despite it being a bit outdated of an interface thats a bit hard to use. Does it job well.

Incredible service and so clean and clear for customers to use. Our size chart has always been hard to get right being a very niche product and Kiwi Size chart has the solution.

Great App it''s realy make your work easy and organized. at first a got a problem when display on disktop pc's it took a while by support team to fix this issue. other than that it's a good choice .

There is something wrong with my website size table. I sent emails twice, from morning to evening, but no one replied. they used to help deal with it quickly. Now I don't know why it's so inefficient.

I have been facing an ongoing issue with the size chart integration on my website, and despite reaching out to Kiwi’s support team numerous times, the problem has yet to be resolved. Each time, I’m told the issue is fixed, only to find out it isn't. As a business owner running a clothing brand, an accurate size chart is critical for my customers, especially since over 50% of them use iOS devices, where the chart doesn't display correctly.
This technical glitch has severely affected my conversion rate and sales, costing me thousands in ad spend. Despite countless assurances that the matter has been escalated, it remains unresolved, showing a complete lack of genuine support. My patience is beyond tested, and I cannot recommend Kiwi's services due to their inability to fix this basic yet crucial feature. Proceed with caution if you're relying on them for an essential part of your e-commerce setup.

My recent experience with their customer support has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. I requested the installation of the size chart on a new theme as we are migrating to a new theme, along with some UI adjustments. Instead of implementing these changes on the new theme, they applied the UI adjustments across all of my themes, including the published one, resulting in bugs on my product page. Despite more than 12 hours passing, these issues remain unresolved. This level of support is unacceptable, especially considering I have been a loyal user for a few years now. While the product's features are adequate, the persistent UI issues and lack of competent support are significant drawbacks.
I'm happy we were able to connect with you and resolve your issues. I'm so sorry about your initial poor experience with us - thank you for being gracious enough to give us a chance to make things better!

Good app, does have a learning curve and it can look overwhelming at first. But they got litteraly everything you need and the support is great with assisting! Once you get the hang of it, you wont want anything else. this app is a MUST have for fashion stores!
