The app has great features and useful potential.
But it's not user friendly, it is so complicated, and everything is manually, so many texts...
i liked it, but couldn't set it up. i uninstalled it.
They have to simplified it, and add some automation system.
Maybe in the future, after great updates, i will comeback & take a plan.
We used to absolutely love this app. The developer is responsive and there is constant improvement of the apps features. Unfortunately the new limits on the number of published size charts and additional fees for sales over 100 pc. is a deal breaker for us. We are leaving for a different solution without these restrictions.

Inconsistent, doesn't always work. Size recommended stopped showing and working, and then the pop up size chart stopped showing Dec. and no reason why. Uninstalling.

It's easy to use for the most part. However, you cannot copy and past sizes like 23-34" if the Table Unit Conversion is set. I also wish that the filter bar didn't reset randomly. It'd be nice to filter by brand/product type/tag.

For the unit conversion, the app automatically converts measurements when enabled, which prevents pasting specific values. However, a simple workaround is to temporarily turn off unit conversion, paste your size range, and then turn it back on.
Regarding filtering, the Product section is designed to show which size charts are matched to your products. The best way to find a specific product is to copy the product title, paste it into the search bar, and select it to see all related charts.

I have been facing an ongoing issue with the size chart integration on my website, and despite reaching out to Kiwi’s support team numerous times, the problem has yet to be resolved. Each time, I’m told the issue is fixed, only to find out it isn't. As a business owner running a clothing brand, an accurate size chart is critical for my customers, especially since over 50% of them use iOS devices, where the chart doesn't display correctly.
This technical glitch has severely affected my conversion rate and sales, costing me thousands in ad spend. Despite countless assurances that the matter has been escalated, it remains unresolved, showing a complete lack of genuine support. My patience is beyond tested, and I cannot recommend Kiwi's services due to their inability to fix this basic yet crucial feature. Proceed with caution if you're relying on them for an essential part of your e-commerce setup.

Kiwi Size Chart & Recommender is not ADA Compliant, but could possibly be if the developer added basic features. Good for text and a basic chart only. This app lacks the ability to place alt text on images, which should be a basic & essential feature.
There is something wrong with my website size table. I sent emails twice, from morning to evening, but no one replied. they used to help deal with it quickly. Now I don't know why it's so inefficient.
