My recent experience with their customer support has been highly disappointing and unprofessional. I requested the installation of the size chart on a new theme as we are migrating to a new theme, along with some UI adjustments. Instead of implementing these changes on the new theme, they applied the UI adjustments across all of my themes, including the published one, resulting in bugs on my product page. Despite more than 12 hours passing, these issues remain unresolved. This level of support is unacceptable, especially considering I have been a loyal user for a few years now. While the product's features are adequate, the persistent UI issues and lack of competent support are significant drawbacks.
I'm happy we were able to connect with you and resolve your issues. I'm so sorry about your initial poor experience with us - thank you for being gracious enough to give us a chance to make things better!

Would have been great to have a second "text" column, to allow us adding the EU Sizing without the cm/inches conversion tool bugging.
And The app pluging on the page aint working : it doesn't show anything on the page. I do have to manually add liquid code to enable Kiwi.

Works nice and fast. Clear layout. It takes some practice, but once you get it, the chart will be on your site within 2 minutes.

I like the app because it is easy to use but there isn't any support. I need the icon to located in another spot but since there is not support I am not able to fix this.
