Nice program... Seems to work pretty well. So far so good.

But overall a very nice platform, quite useful for email sequence and abandoned cart email.
I resisted installing of this app because I wanted to find less expensive options for sending emails and such. I spent hours, weeks, looking for a way to get popups, emails and the right integration within Shopify and, for it all to work seamlessly together. It was exhausting. Finally, I "bit the bullet" and installed Klaviyo. I love it! It can be a bit tricky to learn at first but, once you're over the first hurdles, it just works. Thanks Klaviyo
Superb application. Like everything, there is quite a bit of a learning curve. They could do with an introductory video that explains SIMPLE things that ARE STRONGLY RECOMMENDED.
FAQ on common errors or questions would be greatly appreciated. They launch into complicated stuff far too early without covering the bare essentials.
I think novices would have some difficulties, but this is a superb application with great benefits.
Great app, it has helped a lot, especially with keeping track of my customers and understanding their behavior.
Some of the language used to explain the processes was very confusing for me at first. I have learned most of it, but it could be explained a bit clearer. Overall a good application to use.
We recently switched over to Klaviyo as it seemed to be more powerful with better integrations. I'll cover both positives and negatives.
The positives is that you can do a lot of things with Klaviyo and it seems better supported by other apps that cross-interact. The support team is probably the highlight of the app and is extremely well-trained and have detailed knowledge of the app which is saying a lot since it is quite a complex app and issues become quite technical. They will stay with you and match you in your diligence in finding a solution. Their replies are quick, detailed and specific to show how well they understood your issue and all the solutions related to it. No copy-and-paste templates here. The customer profiles, lists, segments are all very powerful as well.
Few places where Klaviyo can improve - first the UI could use a facelift. Look at apps like postscript to see how the UI can be beautified. It just looks a bit plain. Second there shouldn't be a need for manual coding obscure things in templates with a secret handshake syntax like {% coupon_code ... %}. Because of how specific it is, we have to frequently scour forums or contact support to figure it out. Manual coding while it does give more flexibility is a bit too early 2000's. This is the age of drag-and-drop, no-coding-required. Look at something like omnisend for how these things should be possible much more simply. With these improvements it could become even better.
This app has been great thus far! A little difficult to use at first but as you play around with it, it gets easier. They have a free plan that is great if you are just beginning and have less than 500 customers. Can't wait to see how this goes!
Klaviyo has helped our business immensely. The customizability it provides to segment customers and email templates is incredible.
This is a MUST for my online solution. My business has recently started and as far as I can see Klaviyo will be a huge step in the right direction with CRM. Easy to use and goid support. Thsnk you
