Es un poco difícil de entender al principio, pero conforme a la marcha se va haciendo mas fácil, ademas contiene guía sobre todo lo que se puede hacer, eso ayuda mucho, por ahora todo bien
I don’t like it…I don’t like it…I don’t like it. Why on Earth is this company still using preferences pages from c. 1992. It’s 2021…time to make dem landing pages mobile responsive. Get with the time. Absolute rubbish (English accent). Absolute crap (Scottish accent).
The interface is a big confusing blob of whatever.
I can't set up anything without it not working. Finding help is so hard, it is not funny.
It is also not funny losing money because I can't set up emails properly in this stupid interface.

This app has been a lifesaver. It does most of the work for you. I would recommend this app to anyone struggling with building your email campaigns. I absolutely love it!
I just started using Klaviyo this week and I have to say it's incredible easy to use. Love the automated features and templates. It's completely plug and play!
A waste of time.
The app migrated my Shopify customers, but it didn't allow me to add them to any list, which eventually means that I can not use them in a campaign. After adding manually the customers to a list, I spent an hour creating a campagin and as soon as I clicked SEND they blocked my account. Thank you.
Unresponsive customer service. and SUPER expensive app for small businesses. I'm not sure if it brings value

Low quality support. Not online chat available. I wait 2 days for their answers, and they don't even answer asked question properly. If you need to solve your business issues quickly, like we all do, this app is not suitable for you.

A long time mailchimp user i have tried Klaviyo with this store on the advice of our Plus Merchant Success Manager and so far so good. We are on the free plan so far as its a new store with no existing customer base. But even with the free plan we've been able to add subscribe pages, entry/exit popups and all the flows and connections. happy days so far.
