Klaviyo customer support reply to my request after 24hrs. Why is my Welcome Series not sending? I have checked my Signup Forms tab and Enabled Integrations they are matching. Please note: Additionally, your account is on our free tier, so by default it will have Double Opt In. This feature requires anyone that signs up to receive a confirmation email which they must accept before they will be added to the newsletter and welcome flow. It is not uncommon for the confirmation email to be missed. I hope this can help someone who are not familiar with Double Opt In. Thank you Ian Nichols
I wanted to try this app because it integrates with a lot of my other apps that I have... it sucks. You have to log in EVERY SINGLE TIME and recaptcha.. My account got deactivated randomly and haven't heard anything for a week. WTF? It's confusing to use and it takes a lot of time to create a newsletter. I'm switching back over to Seguno.
This is topnotch. I tweaked numerous features that come with it; features such as adding products from catalogs. I'm glad I subscribed to Klaviyo.
Awesome stats and analytics. Easy to implement. Very nice app. Will definitely recommend it.
Very helpful app, made organising my email marketing into "flows" and set times for sending. To create a newsletter this is awesome and makes everything quick and easy. I recommend!
Great design and love the features. However, all emails sent from Klaviyo go to SPAM, and there doesn't seem to be any fix for this... I was about to switch to it from Mailchimp, but I will stay there as I'm sure our customers get emails from there... Once the issue is fixed I might consider switching again :)
It is unfortunate that they don't offer onboarding support to at least migrate and setup, after the demo call we were left with no help.

Been a free user for 3-4 days now and I understand that I don't have access to the same features as a paid user. However, I think that I have the rights to fully test the potential of the tool. Unfortunately, as a free user support is inexistent so I'm asking myself is it worth it to move to a paid plan?!
Exactly what I needed! So much easier than other apps I've tried! It's perfect! The flows and campaigns have become easier. It took me a few hours to figure out everything, now it's just falling into place. My Shopify developer recommended it and i'm glad he did!
