Straightforward & easy to use. Takes a while to get used to navigate around, but no problem at all. Efficient replies & support from the Developer himself, making the experience smoother.

This helps me get messages out to my customer rather easily. I like the tracking feature a lot and it integrates with Google which is helpful.

It's complete, full of great functionalities, and their technical support is just AWESOME - very reactive, professional, they always have a solution for you.
