Matt Widders is a very good support guru who excels as a doer, and listener and teacher. His patience, ability to simplify complex Klaviyo concepts and jargons, his step-by-step approach makes him a very good customer support person. He has a good ability to remain calm even when Im asking him many questions. This patience translates into his teaching style. He takes the time to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that I understood him. His step-by-step approach is particularly noteworthy. 10 stars Matt!

Klaviyo makes it incredibly easy to target the exact customers we are trying to reach - it's easy to use and has way more useful features than mailchimp. Incredible support staff and we've seen a dramatic increase in revenue from our email campaigns. I highly recommend Klaviyo for e-commerce sites of any size.
Been using Klaviyo for several years, and they've grown so much in that time - many new features have been released to allow for more targeted segmentation, additional channels, etc., allowing us to grow, as well. Their CS team is also always super helpful!
I've been using Klaviyo for about a year now and am very happy. The Themed templates are great as are the flow frameworks. They make it really easy and simple to contact your database.
