Got this app to help redesign my order confirmation emails primarily - did this really quickly and easily in a very short space of time. We've been using Klaviyo for a few months now and the features are so much better than other email marketing apps i've used. Is on the expensive side compared to a few others but you get what you pay for in all of the useful features to grow your business.

We would certainly recommend Klaviyo to anybody wanting a smart marketing solution for their online business. Klaviyo helps us with our marketing campaigns massively. We can keep track of customer buying habits and preferences. It's also great to be able to analyse the success rate of our newsletters through click activity, and sales conversions. The automated emailing system is straightforward, easy to use, and contains lots of parameters that allow precise customisation of email notifications to particular groups of members.

So far I have used the app to build templates for all my order confirmations and it worked great. I plan on using it more in the future over Mailchimp as the Automation it offers with Shopify is a lot more advanced. Being able to group customers better on purchase history etc one all set up will make our business way more efficient!

I love the automated flows that Klaviyo provides as well as the Shopify email templates. I also love how integrated the Shopify data is from my online store (www.bokksu.com) with this app so can easily track the performance of Klaviyo newsletter campaigns!
