So far I haven't even been to install the Kount Essentials app, and have had no luck with their Support.
The app here on the Shopify app store seems to install Advanced, not Essentials, which can't be activated without an API.
When I reach out to Support - either through the Support link to the left here, or via the Support link in the app, the agent seems to know nothing about the Essentials app ...
