This is by far the best customer service I have had from ANY of my shopify apps. They helped me pull over my Etsy reviews and my reviews from my old website :) very effecient and quick to respond. App is working great now! FIVE STARS *****
This is by far one of the best apps we installed for our store, it does what mutiple apps do so hardly in such ease and simplicity, this will showcase your social media presence to your customers and fans in such a simple and beautiful way, great work on this one.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes the free plan allows you to publish only 10 reviews as stated but you are able to unpublish those reviews and publish a new set of 10 reviews on your store. Kindly reach out if you had issues with these publish actions. We will gladly look into it for you.

Supported them when they first started. Initially would give a five star, but they got greedy, changed the plan without any notification. Totally disappointed!
This app recently sent out mass product review emails to ALL of our customers, some customers received 65+ emails in one day to their inbox.
We have contacted kudobuzz to see if this can be prevented in the future, but no response. I have removed this app. Hopefully it won't happen again. Very unprofessional...
Since this event, the developer has made every effort to make amends and has promised that this error will not happen again. Had the damage to our own levels of customer satisfaction not been so great (we lost customers and received our first complaints in service due to the kudobuzz email error) we may have kept this app. My star remains at 1 due to our loss of clients. However remarkable kudobuzz customer service may be, this app failed miserably.
Cheryl from Kudobuzz is a star. Find the app really useful and easy to use. And if i get stuck the customer service is awesome , they get back to you within minutes. I have just started to use this app, but can see it will be really useful for when we get more Reviews on social media. Thanks again

Seems like a very simple-to-use app for maximum results. Can't wait to get the 1st review!
This app used to be OK, but was always just dog slow to use. However, they recently changed the UI so you can't even assign reviews to products. Any newly imported reviews are just business reviews. Installation was also a horrible pain, and now I'm seeing that there is absolutely no way to export all your reviews from Kudobuzz. I would never recommend this app to anyone.

The ability to assign reviews to products is fully functional, as well as the ability to export your reviews. Kindly contact customer support at help@kudobuzz.com to assist with it.
App funktioniert nicht. Auch nach 2 Stunden keine Etsy Bewertungen. Support meldet sich nicht. Absolute Zeitverschwendung
