doesn't actually communicate with kunaki ,i wonder if it ever works ?? can it get the shipping info at all ?? helpdesk is useless , is there a way to get support ??
App is ok. The app had an issue which caused a few days of orders to not be imported in Kunaki, so that made a bit of a mess on our end. The app page that has the orders loads slow. Customer service is friendly
One thing to bring up, this is essentially a middle man between you and Kunaki. Kunaki is cheap, but the quality is iffy, shipping times are long and confusing and customer service is non-existent. Not a reflection on Kunakify, but something to keep in mind.
If you only have a few orders a month, this is fine. But once you scale, you will have to move on.
Updating this: The Kunaki arm of this operation has really messed up the fulfillment of our business. I understand Kunakify is not Kunaki, but just know that the orders well be poor quality, and late.
No customer service to speak of, not Mac friendly, which is kind of been saying for anyone in the music business, and just overall a completely unsatisfying experience I strongly urge you to avoid this app at all cost. I have nothing good to say about them.

We are the Kunakify app which automatically sends your Shopify order to Kunaki.com to print/press/ship automatically. We are not connected with Kunaki.com in any other way. We just use them daily for our biz and so created this much needed app.
I believe your review is based on them rather than this app? We have great customer support and work on Mac computers. So thought the review was a bit unfair to be honest.
