We've been using Kustomer for a few years now, switching from Zendesk, and are very happy with its features and pricing.
I've used many of the leading helpdesks and, for me and my team, Kustomer takes the cake. Kustomer's workflow engine, pre-built integrations, custom integration capabilities, and the ability to customize almost any single aspect in the platform are what stands out for us.
