Good Support Staff. All issues resolved easily. We have been using the app for sometime now. Its easy to install and has all the features you would need to run COD business. YOu can set Shipping Charges and choose what Oincodes you want to give COD.

We've been using GoKwik for a few months now, and the results have been amazing. The 1-click checkout experience has helped us reduce cart abandonment and increase conversions. Their COD confirmation and RTO intelligence features are super useful for minimizing losses.

The onboarding process was simple, and the support team is very responsive—they even helped us optimize our funnel for better performance. Highly recommend GoKwik to any D2C brand looking to scale smoothly and smartly.

We have been using GoKwik COD for over a year now and was working fine with whatever limited features they offer. However, over the last 2 months, we have noticed a functionality issue with cancellation of COD orders in their app with stock not getting added back to inventory even though restock option is selected. Their support staff, Ankush claimed it was not their fault and closed the ticket. After sharing more specific information and how the app should work, they realised the issue but are now ignoring it.

Time to get rid of GoKwik and look for another working app.

I had a good overall experience with the brand and support team. While there was a bit of delay from the tech side, I want to especially appreciate Thalari Sunil Kumar for his constant support throughout the process.

Sunil was always available on call, very patient, and made sure to follow up regularly. His efforts really made a difference, and thanks to him, I finally got my KYC approved.

We are not using the app due to an internal decision to offer multiple payment gateways but giving 5 stars as the functionality of the checkout itself seemed good and the problems in uninstalling the app were promptly resolved by the support team despite them not being sure of the possibility of future business. Will be open to using this or any other service from GoKwik in the future as well.

GoKwik PPCOD has been a gamechanger for us, The checkout page really helps reduce RTOs and COD-related losses, making the whole process more efficient and cost-effective.
