First, the customer service is good, and so is the price. This review app has some interesting features and choices.

Really nice app that allows for so much for such a small price. I installed this app on the first of januari and even them the team was able to help me with my request. Parker put in his work and even helped me with some custom coding, great service.

10/10 would reccomend

Their support is extraordinary and if you come across a roadblock for your store, just send them a message and they'll resolve the issue asap.

First of all, they offer a much more affordable plans. Their free version still has more imports than the paid plans of competitors. Secondly, their support team is amazing. I was having a small issue getting the review stars to show up on my custom product page. Their team was all over it and helped me fix it right away. I will be upgrading my plan just so I can import some more reviews, but 30 to start with (for free) is awesome

I ran into a problem (couldn't see the reviews on the home page) and I contacted support 9pm local time and they replied instantly. Amazing support.
