langify ‑ translate your store

Good customer support but would be better if they can provide live chat support . when it comes to image translation this is app is the best.

The app does not translate automatically, but it offers a good solution.

Easy to use and with some super fast help from the Langify team I was able to translate absolutely everything on my website to Dutch. They helped with the placement of the buttons and parts of the text which were automatically overwritten by my website template. Super happy with their service, so quick!

To be honest I never saw such a fast, responsive & dedicated customer service. I struggle on few points and always get an answer within a few hours with escalation process where their engineers takes hands on... Many Thanks to Michael, Sabrina & Francesco!

This app is absolutely brilliant. Langify takes an incredibly complicated matter and makes it quite possibly as simple as one could. It literally sifts through all your website's coding (so that you don't have to) and digs out all the things that you need to translate.

Of course there is always someone who can find flaws in an app but Johannes is really helpful should you have any problems.

This app does exactly what almost everyone on Shopify needs - simplify - less time on the nitty gritty coding and web management and more time selling!

Download the app, translate what it tells you to and boom, you've just created a multilingual website without even having to think.

We have a shop in 5 languages and had quite some struggles to get every part translated correctly, especially when our content changed frequently. We were almost about to quit the app. Now that our content is changed less frequently, and since the support got better and we are hoping this trend continues so that we can keep Langify.

At first I was a bit reluctant due to the price, but decided to give it a go for a 3 day trial period anyway.
In one morning I had my shop easily and completely translated, and most importantly it was functional and maintainable.
The few minor issues we encountered, we had support in a matter of minutes, sometimes during night hours.
Overall great app and support.

Even though I'm still in the trail period, the support are responding to all of my questions. They're really so cooperative. They respond really quickly.
Right now, I'm 100% sure that I'll go with "Langify" since I'm so comfortable with the amount of assistance I'm receiving.

I would encourage everyone to go with "Langify" as they're THE BEST OF THE BEST.

I love the idea of the app, the support team was very helpful and it has great potential. Just need some optimization, not so user-friendly yet. I feel bad for bothering the developers all the time - with optimization user could do changes easily by themselves. Will keep the review updating!
