Never again Langify! The worst translation app ever. Hands off! Many translations are simply not working, as the app is not capable to deal with customised shops/themes. Spent hours and hours on this app. Totally frustrating and not worth the money.
Totally understand your frustration but as our support Team already explained, this was an issue on shopify's end that simply prevented theme translations from showing up when on a 2.0 theme! This really wasn't our fault. Good news is that this has been solved now so you may give us a second chance :)
This app is perfect to translate your store! I had an issue with translating some images and in a few hours they solved it for me. Amazing customer service!
Unable to search for products, customer support does not understand the problem, customer service level is in decline

really poor experience, x can't translate the strings that edit in other third party app
x takes more than 3 minutes to load the content.
x work really worst with Pagefly, even the page changes a picture, we should go back to Langify to relaunch the translate again (and the poor loading speed makes it really difficult)

Very good support. And the App do all what you need. Its very easy and simple to translate the website for international.
It works, but leaves so much garbage when uninstalled. It can translate into different languages based on different domains.

I'm AMAZED at the look for details, quick customer support answers, high technical background solutions for sophisticated customization requests. All in all, this is the BEST language app there is on Shopify App Store.
I also have a personal shoutout to Sabrina, an incredible agent with very high potential!
