LangShop AI Language Translate

I normally don't write review but Langshop really deserves my praise! I have tried 2 other languages apps but Langshop is the best by far as it allows me to edit and is much easier to use! Also, they offered so much help to me such as making an extra Chinese language and modifing the switchers! The service is really top notch and very accommodating! Love the service!

The only thing I would suggest is to let people know the names of the support team, so that it is more personable. ;)

After updating the LangShop app, I found that what I manually edited cannot not be shown correctly in the shop.
Then I use the live chat function and Miss Dayana Nezhura just helped a lot!
She provided very clear instruction that is easy for me to follow. Luckily with her help, I solved the problem quickly and I can start the summer promotion in my shop immediately ! Thank you so much!!

The support team of this app continues to surprise us how fast they reply and resolve all issues. Impressed and not switching to other app anytime soon.

I have already recommended this app to Shopify. One of the features I really like is the option to set to Browser Language as opposed to IP address/Geo location. At the time which was quite a while ago this app was a much lower cost than the competition and there were very few apps that offered a Browser Language setting. Their support is excellent, they reply in a few hours often less than an hour and their English is good. One query I had they worked there and back to resolve it. I would give them 10 if I could!
