I use the free tier and am very happy with it. I mean, one cannot really complain about something that works alright and you don't have to pay for it. That being said, I would like to send a big shoutout to the support team! Super nice, quick and they really solved my problem. Even though I don't pay for it yet. So, yes, pretty cool!

Just upgraded to V2 and all though it was not easy doing the transition, customer service helped and everything is now up and running. Very good app and customer service.
Does what it says on the label. Easy to instal and get set up, with help from Langshop that has been great, especially from Taras. If you want a quick route to a multi lingual store this is a great option. Allows us to edit the machine translations, but the machine translation is generally ok..
It would be nice to have a little more flexibility on the language switcher, as it looks quite big on our theme, and doesn't look like a seamless blend, and we don't have coding skills to do our own.. Minor point though..
Great app. the translation tool is intuitive and works perfect. good customer support with specific areas of help and customization.

I ve used LS support on skype once : very efficient. thanks to the support team
best translation app on shopify (it doesn't have a minimum or max word witch is perfect) and best customer service (they will reply within seconds) .

UPDATE: Had more chance to test the app and we're really happy with it, it works great and the customer support is really fast and helpful! :-)
Have been testing this app for a few days now and upt o now it's great - does exactly what it is supposed to do and has many possibilities in order to personalise and adapt it to our store. Also customer support is great!
Unfortunately we have to update our review to 1/5.
Suddenly all our collection translations for one language were overwritten and gone. We have waited 25 days now for an explanation as we did not overwrite the translations ourselves.
We have reminded the support several times but there still is no response.
