The customization possibilities within the quiz is really extensive and exactly what we needed. Further customization with their CSS coding is also very easy. Besides that their customer service is really top notch and very helpful.
The initial cost is higher than some other online quiz apps, but the analytics and the customization was worth it for us.
Would highly recommend the app.

There are very few apps I have found that offer such a good combination of utility, fair pricing, and great customer service. This tool has been incredibly useful to us and we really appreciate the ability to get support when needed (big shoutout to Jandy and Ana. If you have any sort of confusion from your customers on what to buy you definitely need to check out this tool to help them make decisions with confidence.

Overall good app, but needs some adjustments for it to be VERY good.
For example if you want to expand your quizzes on multiple stores you will have to copy each product under answers manually... Very inefficient.
Otherwise good app, does what its supposed to do.

The reason products can’t be included in the import/export process is due to how Shopify assigns unique product IDs and SKUs to each store. Even if the products have the same name, they have different backend identifiers, and our app relies on these unique IDs to connect them correctly. Unfortunately, this means there’s no automatic way to transfer quiz product connections between stores.
That being said, we’d be more than happy to manually connect your products to your quizzes for you to save you time and effort. If that would help, just let us know, and we’ll take care of it!
Easy to use app, logic jumps are intuitive and work flawlessly. Has helped to get us thousands of new leads and generate more revenue. Customer service is great, had an issue with one of the products showing and got it resolved within a couple of hours.

I evaluated several other quiz apps before ultimately selecting the paid version of Lantern. For us, it struck the right balance between features and price. It's a very nice, highly customizable, full-featured app with excellent support.

Great app, and amazing support if you need it. They even did some custom coding to make the app look right on my store (www.teddyandwool.com). I love that my customers get to see a selection of products based on their preferences.
The only thing that would make me love Lantern Product Quiz even more is if the customer would get an option to upload files to me.

This is a great app that does exactly what we need to accompany customers in their Analog Camera purchase experience.
It integrates well with your Shopify inventory, offers flexible enough customization options for visual branding, features an analytics component and has excellent customer support (fast, very helpful and open to implementing feature requests).
Overall, we're very happy with it! The only downside is the price point, which we feel is a bit too high.

We had first tried another product finder app and failed there at configuring the results. With this app, we had the entire quiz designed within a few hours. The app has all the features we wanted and the customer support from Ana and Stefania was the best we've ever had in the last seven years of using apps from the Shopify store! Every question we asked was understood right away and the solutions were always super precise, helpful and supportive. We highly recommend!
