So far, so good. The support team has been very helpful. I do wish the pricing for the next tier wasn’t so high, as some of our ambassadors have requested features that aren’t included in our current plan. Overall, we’ll continue using this platform and hope to see more features added in the future.
Too expensive and not an intuitive platform. Hard to understand. Support is good but the whole experience using the platform made me feel like I had to relearn everything whenever I wanted to use it

We've been using LeadDyno for several years, and it's consistently delivered value to our affiliate marketing efforts. The initial setup was simple, and onboarding affiliates was smooth.
The platform’s dashboard is user-friendly and well-organized, making it easy to monitor affiliate performance, manage commissions, and track overall ROI. If there’s one area that we haven't checked more on, it would be the fraud detection tools, if there were.
That said, LeadDyno has been a reliable and effective partner in helping us grow through affiliate marketing.

Deceptive pricing, poor customer service and outdated tech.
LeadDyno's pricing is overly complex, arbitrarily tiered and based on too many things. We recently found out that we're subject to insane overage fees (0.05 / visitor) based on the number of monthly unique website visitors. This is NOT stated in the pricing tiers when viewing LeadDyno in the Shopify App Store.
Billing and overages are only accessible by logging in to the LeadDyno dashboard and going to Account > Plan & Payments. Only then could we see that we would be charged hundreds of dollars in overage fees.
Rather than simply auto-update our pricing plan (which would've been a much smaller cost than overage fees) or actively reach out during our billing cycle to help us avoid surprise fees, LeadDyno charges merchants ridiculous fees and attempts to hide it from store owners.
I reached out to LeadDyno support, asking for a refund of the excessive fees and hoping to upgrade our plan (pay them more long term!). Given we've been a customer for years, I was hoping they'd help us solve this and stay a long term partner.
Instead customer service was unapologetic and only offered us a credit towards our first month if we upgraded to an annual Unlimited plan. This is their most expensive plan which would've been overkill for our store and required a large upfront payment that we can't afford at the moment.
I would NOT recommend LeadDyno to anyone. The tech is poorly built, the design is outdated, the customer service sucks and most of all, the pricing model is deceptive + not designed to be friendly to the majority of ecommerce merchants who experience strong seasonality.
We're really sorry to hear about your experience, it’s the last thing we want for any of our customers! The overage fees on legacy plans can definitely be frustrating, and we’ve been working hard to make things more fair and clearer with our new plans since January 2024. Our current plans without overages are listed on the Shopify app store and for legacy customers plan information can be found under the Plan and Payments section. I wish we could’ve helped avoid the surprise charges sooner, and I appreciate you giving us the chance to offer a credit and discount. Don't use this app! LeadDyno charges by WEBSITE visitors - so if you're working with affiliates in addition to running ads, you'll get charged for ALL the website visits regardless if it came from an affiliate. My plan unexpectedly jumped from $49 to $129 due to lots of traffic to my site that was from Facebook ads NOT necessarily from affiliate traffic. There's so many other affiliate apps out there that charge more fairly.
