LeadDyno Affiliate Marketing

I've been with LeadDyno since 2014 and my affiliates love the simplicity of signing up and sharing my products on their sites.
It didn't take long (minutes in fact) to get everything connected with Shopify and PayPal. My email templates were also lined up quickly for affiliates and customer communications.

I'm building an army of salespeople from my desk thanks to LeadDyno :)

This is the second affiliate program I have used and they are great. The price is a bit higher but I'm able to get affiliateseasily and they provide marketing resources for our affiliates. The rating is due to customer service. I appreciate the emails and the phone call! Sometimes it is hard to explain things over chat. The phone call with Justin was perfect. This app is good at what it does, but there is a learning curve; tutorials are helpful, and you can keep things pretty basic if you would like, which is also helpful. Looking forward to the upgrades coming in the future and the ability to personalize the timing of emails!

Very helpful. All these different apps you can use for Shopify can get confusing. LeadDyno helped me step by step to get my affiliate commission and discount code up and running! Highly recommend LeadDyno. I chose LeadDyno because of the great reviews from other businesses' I work with on e-commerce.

Jennifer has so much patience!!! I kept asking her questions and she directed me and told me what needs to get done. She sent me videos and pointed me int he right direction. So far so good- great customer service. Had a slight issues and they helped me with it promptly. Relatively easy to use.

App had many great features. What a blessing for our business to be able to easily support referrals. Very happy Shopify is working with them. .The chat support was very good and through, most of the time available.. Answered all my questions. We are definitely going to make good use of this. I spent a lot of time looking for information during setup. Support content is sketchy. No search button. However chat covered all my questions. You can add different levels of affiliates which is awesome, but there is no way to segment affiliate when they sign up so that they can be placed in the correct category and receive the appropriate commission level.
